Staff

At Riverside Pre School we employ an enthusiastic staff team who go beyond the call of duty to ensure your child is nurtured and looked after to a high standard. All our staff hold current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. The ratio of staff to children is 1:8 for over 3's, although we always try to work to a ratio of 1:6, and 1:4 for under 3's.

Voluntary Parents Management Committee

The overall management and control of pre-school is the responsibility of the Management Committee made up of parents who volunteer their time for free. The committee also act as the trustees for the pre-school. The committee is responsible for reviewing policy, practice, employment of staff and supporting the lead practitioner.
